Nathan Carter grew up in the McDonald’s family. During high school, he worked in his father’s restaurants in Southern California. After college, he pursued his dream to work in the financial services industry. But he quickly learned he missed the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant and went back to work with his father. Not only did he find his passion at McDonald’s, but he met his wife. Now he’s an owner-operator in his own right and works hard to make sure McDonald’s is a place where everyone feels welcome.
